The purpose of Tulane University Continuity of Operations (COOP) is to coordinate Tulane’s recovery operations after a business interruption and return university operations to normal as soon as possible. The objective of COOP is to coordinate recovery of critical activities in support of the university in the event of an incident that interrupts critical functions.
